Today, Blizzard has just announced that Starcraft II : Wings of Liberty will be available at store starting on July 27, 2010. On that day, you can start buy the Starcraft 2 on United States, Canada, Europe, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Mexico, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and the regions of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.

Another patch has just released. It contains minor changes to fix the mess Blizzard made on Patch 9.

Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where Larva were not dying after being cancelled.
Fixed an issue with Banelings, Brood Lords, and Overseers obeying their original Hatchery’s rally point.

Blizzard has just announced that the  StarCraft II beta client for Mac is now available for testing on North American servers. If you are Mac users, you can download the client through Battle.net and start testing. If you’re not live on North American, don’t worry, Blizzard is planning on expanding the Mac beta on other regions and languages in the near future.

Since the end of February, Blizzard is start giving Starcraft 2 beta keys to Battle.Net user. If you’re lucky, maybe you will got one. This is a good sign that Starcraft 2 can be released in the incoming months. If you wanna get more information, check out the Blizzard official announcement.

After the long await, Starcraft 2 will start the closed beta in the later of this month. Blizzard president Mike Morhaime, already confirm this with his statement. Morhaime also add the Blizzard team is “still tracking toward our goal of a mid-2010 release.”  This claim is supported by the relaunch of the Battle.Net online gaming service. The new Battle.Net will likely prepared to welcome the Starcraft 2 and help them reach their maximal potential.

Starcraft is continue to grow bigger. Even before the release of StarCraft 2, Blizzard already announce that Starcraft will be trilogy.
